Jump Camp – Level 2 October 9th – 28th

Excel's featured series of "Jump Camps" has four levels. You do not have to have attended any of the previous jump camps but it will definitely help your overall vertical and horizontal jumps if you do.

In the Level 2 Jump Camp we continue with the drills and exercises that help build an explosive take-off and continue to discss and teach you how to convert horizontal speed into vertical height.

The camp is led by All American Track & Field Athlete and Jump King – Kevin Ball –  twice the Missouri State Long Jump Champion with a jump of 24’4 ½ “ in High School, ranked 3rd in the United States.

Increase your vertical, be more explosive, increase your speed, tried / tested/ and proven jump training techniques. The camp wil go 6 sessions starting on Wednesday, October 9th – 28th.
