Team Training

Whether its soccer, basketball, football, baseball or ANY sport, Excel’s team training sessions are geared towards the speed, strength, power, agility, lateral movement and quickness that every player needs to improve in their sport. 

Our training typically consists of 10 sessions, two to three times per week of exercises that teach you how to run, jump, cut, properly lift weights and mentally prepare to become a superior athlete.

Since most of the athletes have not done this type of sports training before we introduce them to the overall strength, techniques and fitness skills that are required to become a better athlete. We feel that in order to excel in any sport you have to build the foundation first then apply the sport specific techniques.  Every member of the team will get personal attention and motivation and walk away from each session exhilarated and exhausted. We STRESS a positive attitude and FUN environment. Everyone works hard but has a great time doing it.

Team training starts at 7:00pm weeknights and on Saturday’s per availability. Each session last one hour.  Our team slots fill up very quickly so please call 636-625-3100 or fill out the form below to schedule your team now. Special team slots may be available based on availability.
